Nour Khalil

A consultant specializing in migration and asylum policies, a lawyer, and a human rights activist working to protect the rights of refugees and displaced persons. The co-founder and executive director of the "Refugee Platform in Egypt". His work focuses on analyzing migration and asylum policies, border policies, and assessing their impact on individuals and communities. He draws on his experience in development work, human rights advocacy, legal counsel, and documenting violations within Egypt and the Mediterranean region.

In addition to his human rights work, Nour Khalil has published analyses and investigative stories on migration and human rights issues in international and Arab platforms, including The New Humanitarian, the Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy, Statewatch, and Idha'at.
