Khaled Dawoud

A journalist for 35 years. Currently the Managing Editor of Al-Ahram Weekly. Before that, he worked as Al-Ahram’s correspondent in Washington DC (2002 - 2006); and as a correspondent for AlJazeera Arabic in New York between (2006-2008).
Dawoud is also former president of Al-Dostour Party and former spokesman of the Civil Democratic Movement, an alliance of pro-democracy Egyptian opposition parties.
